These are easy to clean! Use a small spray bottle filled with warm water and add some anti bacterial soap that is sensitive to the skin. Shake the bottle up and spray the solution onto a q-tip and work your way at least a few times around the cuff. Afterwards, dry the cuff off with the unused side of the q-tip.
